r WHEREAS, Kalsem Implement and Salvage has proposed that the
,`.Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a request for
temporary placement of signs on City right-of-way at southeast
r'corner of East Shaulis Road and Foulk Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Kalsem Implement and
Salvage for temporary placement of signs on City right-of-way at
the southeast corner of East Shaulis Road and Foulk Road in
conjunction with FY 1986 East Shaulis Road Bridge Replacement,
Contract No. 273 , be and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Kalsem Implement and Salvage hold
the City of Waterloo harmless from any and all situations that may
be created due to the placement of signs on said City
right-of-way.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said sign indicate that traffic
may utilize Welden and Gilbertville Roads for access to said
petitioner.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of June, 1988 , and approved
by the Mayor on this 16th day of June, 1988 .
