RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF SPECIFICATIONS, FORM
OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC. , FOR FY 1988 LEATHER
PROCESSOR ACCESS ROAD, CONTRACT NO. 343 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the FY 1988
Leather Processor Access Road, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
known as Contract No. 343 , and
WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the FY 1988 Leather
Processor Access Road, known as Contract No. 343 , which were
preliminarily approved on May 23 , 1988 , and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 20,
1988 , and no objections were made,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, proposed form
of contract and bond, etc. , for the FY 1988 Leather Processor
Access Road, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No.
343 , be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 1988 .
