RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT
BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated June 20 , 1988 , to furnish and install a
traffic signal controller at U.S. Highway 63 and Fletcher Avenue
(UST-63-6( 54 ) --4A-07 ) , by and between the Iowa Department of
Transportation, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 1988 .
