r WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 5th day of July, 1988 , for the
purpose of considering and acting upon an application of James
Allen Mashek to rezone from "C-1" Commercial District to "C-2"
Commercial District a parcel of land generally located on the east
side of Logan Avenue and approximately 450 feet north of East
Airline Highway and legally described as follows:
c Unplatted Waterloo East Part of SW 1/4 Sec. 1 T 89 R 13 com
at SW cor Sec 1 th N 495 ft to pt of beg th N 315 ft th E par
with S line of sec 303 . 5 ft to a pt 300 ft E of center of
present Hwy 63 th S par with center of present paving 315 ft
th W par with S line of sec to pt of beg, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
