WHEREAS, John Deere Community Credit Union has proposed that
the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a request for
temporary placement of signs on City right-of-way generally
located at Home Park Boulevard and Highway 63 .

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of John Deere Community
Credit Union for temporary placement of signs on City right-of-way
generally located at Home Park Boulevard and Highway 63 in
conjunction with Ansborough Avenue, IX-6615 ( 6 ) --79-07 , be and the
same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Indemnity Agreement by and
between John Deere Community Credit Union and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of June, 1988 , and approved
by the Mayor on this 29th day of June, 1988 .
