Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 7: 00 p.m. on the 18th day of July, 1988 , for the purpose
of considering and acting upon a proposal to sell and convey
property generally located south of Independence Avenue and east
of Bishop Avenue owned by the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to Victor J.
and Anneliese Kupka, and legally described as follows:
