RESOLUTION NO. 1988-374 RESOLUTION APPROVING NON-BARGAINING SALARY SCHEDULE FOR FY 1989 AND AUTHORIZING SALARY STRUCTURE EVALUATION. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the following be approved for non-bargaining employees for FY 1989 : 1. a.
