WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is
desirous of cancelling the garbage assessment under Certificate
No. 89-1330178004 , in the amount of $5 . 80 , sewage assessments
under Certificates Nos. 90-1330178004 and 90-1330178005, in the
amounts of $10 . 60 and $5. 05, respectively, and real estate taxes
in the amount of $384 . 00 , for property legally described as:

• r County, Iowa (Parcel No. 94-0382-00-005-00-0 ) ;

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is
desirous of cancelling the garbage assessment under Certificate
No. 89-1270126006, in the amount of $35 . 67, sewage assessment
under Certificate No. 90-1270126006 in the amount of $25 . 92 , and
real estate taxes in the amount of $482 . 00 , for property legally
described as:
' Auditor Rainbows Dry Run Plat, Waterloo, SW 35 feet Lot 2 ,
c except SE 9 . 65 feet, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa (Parcel No. 94-0320-00-002-00-0 ) .
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the garbage and sewer assessments levied
under Certificate Nos. 90-1330178004 , in the amount of $10. 60 ,
89-1330178004, in the amount of $5 . 80, 90-1330178005 , in the
amount of $5. 05 , 90-1270126006 , in the amount of $35. 67 and
89-1270126006 , in the amount of $25 . 92 , and real estate taxes
assessed against 149 Harlan Court in the amount of $384. 00 and
against 421 West 6th Street in the amount of $482. 00 , be and the
same are hereby cancelled, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to notify the County Treasurer of the Cancellation
of Certificate Nos. 90-1330178004 , in the amount of $10. 60,
89-1330178004, in the amount of $5 . 80 , 90-1330178005 , in the
amount of $5. 05 , 90-1270126006, in the amount of $35. 67 and
89-1270126006, in the amount of $25 . 92 , and real estate taxes
assessed against 149 Harlan Court (Parcel No. 94-0382-00-005-00-0 )
in the amount of $384 . 00 and against 421 West 6th Street (Parcel
No. 94-0320-00-002-00-0 ) in the amount of $482 . 00 .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of June, 1988 , approved by
the Mayor this 29th day of June, 1988 .
