RESOLUTION NO. 2011-681
RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF BID TO SANDRY FIRE SUPPLY, LCC OF DE WITT,
IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF
PORTABLE WATER PUMP FOR LIVE FIRE TRAINING,
IN THE AMOUNT OF $38,082.69.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Sandry Fire Supply, LLC of De Witt, Iowa, in
the amount of $38,082.69, in conjunction with the Purchase of
Portable Water Pump for Live Fire Training described in the
specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
project with Resolution No. 2011-514, after public hearing on
June 13, 2011 on published notice required by law, be and is
hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of July, 2011.
