IN CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, WATERLOO, IOWA AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.
