P' WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa s

meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7: 00 p.m. on the 15th day of August, 1988, for
the purpose of considering and acting upon an application of
Joseph and Raymond Litzkow to rezone from "A-1" Agricultural
District to "M-1" Light Industrial District a parcel of land
generally located on the north side of Black Hawk Road adjoining
the City' s flood control levee and legally described as follows:

Courier.
