Mason and Max Guernsey to rezone from "R-3" Multiple Family Residence District to "C-2" Commercial District/"C-Z" Conditional Zoning a parcel of land generally located between Summit Avenue and Reber Avenue, east of Fletcher Avenue and legally described as follows: Auditor Francis West Side Plat of Lot 42 except the north 75 feet of the east 232 feet and except the south 122 .7 feet of the east 132 feet, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
