BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 15th day of August, 1988, for the purpose
of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate, sell and
convey a portion of the north-south alley between Summit Avenue
and Reber Avenue, east of Fletcher Avenue owned by the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, to Max Guernsey and Jim Blackledge, and legally
described as follows:
Ten foot wide alley running north and south from Summit
Avenue to the south line of Lot 42 as extended west, in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
with the City' s retention of a permanent utility easement over,
under and above the above described parcel.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of July, 1988 .
