BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Youngblut Contracting, Inc. of Washburn,
Iowa, for the FY 1988 Longview and Vincent Culvert Replacements in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 18th day
of July, 1988, together with the accompanying bond for the
faithful performance of said contract signed by the United Fire &
Casualty Co. of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and the
same are hereby approved.
E PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of July, 1988.
