H H RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CLERK/AUDITOR

s s L- TO DESTROY CERTAIN RECORDS AND PAPERS AS PROVIDED IN
v1 SECTION 372. 13 , PARAGRAPH 5 , 1985 CODE OF IOWA.

WHEREAS, the Code of Iowa for 1985 , under the provisions of
Chapter 372 . 13 , Paragraph 5 , provides upon order of the Council
that all records and papers, other than proceedings, ordinances,
and instruments having to do with real estate and bond issues, may
be destroyed, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is
desirous of destroying certain records and papers under the
provisions of Chapter 372 . 13 , Paragraph 5 ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Clerk/Auditor of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and is hereby authorized and directed to
destroy the following records as provided under the provisions of
Chapter 372. 13 , paragraph 5:
Council Claims
January 1983 through February 1983 ;
March 1983 through April 1983 ;
April 1983 through May 1983 ;
June 1983 ;
December 1982 through January 1983 ;
October 1982 through November 1982 ;
Cancelled Warrants
June 8, 1983 through June 30, 1983 ;
April 23 , 1984 through June 11 , 1984.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of July, 1988 .
