sE., RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MINOR SITE PLAN AMENDMENT
C., 0 REQUEST OF RIDGEWAY AVENUE HARDEE' S RESTAURANT FOR AN
o b H h ADDITION TO EXISTING BUILDING.
- WHEREAS, Ridgeway Avenue Hardee' s Restaurant, 126 E. Ridgeway
Avenue, has proposed that the Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, approve a minor site plan amendment request for an addition
to the existing building, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was waived by the City Council due
to the insignificance of the nature of said mentioned minor site
plan amendment, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said minor
site plan amendment should be approved as proposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the minor site plan amendment request
of Ridgeway Avenue Hardee' s Restaurant for an addition to the
existing building, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of July, 1988 , and approved
by Mayor this 27th day of July, 1988 .
