RESOLUTION APPROVING ADDENDUM TO CONSTRUCTION STAKING
SERVICES CONTRACT WITH ROBINSON ENGINEERING CO. AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Addendum to Construction Staking Services Contract dated
July 25, 1988 , for FY 1988 Street Reconstruction Program 2 ,
Contract No. 339, by and between Robinson Engineering Co. of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of July, 1988 .
