`2) O n RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICE
-4 WITH BRICE, PETRIDES-DONOHUE AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
ti r SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement for Engineering Service dated July 25, 1988 ,
for Easton Avenue Bridge Study over Dry Run Creek, by and between
Brice, Petrides-Donohue of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of July, 1988 .
