Ql > t O WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa filed a fifth year Rental Rehabilitation application with the Department of Housing and Urban Development for funding under Section 17 of the United States Housing Act of 1937 in the amount of $74, 000. 00; and WHEREAS, said application has been approved by the Department of Housing and Urban Development, and WHEREAS, it is necessary to execute the Grant Agreement by and between the City of Waterloo and the Department of Housing and Urban Development. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the Rental Rehabilitation Program Grant Agreement No. R-88-MC-19-0207 in the amount of $74 ,000. 00 in three counterparts on behalf of the City of Waterloo, and to forward said counterparts to the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
