e he Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
' meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
- Waterloo, Iowa at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 15th day of August, 1988 , for
the purpose of considering the special permit request of Gary
Stuber dba S & M Engines for a proposed engine and auto salvaging
H H and recycling business to be located at 2171 Independence Avenue,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Deputy City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
