RESOLUTION APPROVING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
MEC CONSTRUCTION SERVICES CO. AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Services Agreement dated July 18, 2011, at a cost of
$6,973.89, for installation of three (3) poles with anchors for
temporary traffic signals at Esther Street and Logan Avenue, by
and between MEC Construction Services Co. of Des Moines, Iowa and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of July, 2011.
