OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Agreement No. 88-F-042, dated August 8, 1988, for
reimbursement of right-of-way acquisition costs, relocation
assistance payments and services, and incidental expenses in
conjunction with Shaulis Road, M-6470( 4 ) --81-07, by and between
the Iowa Department of Transportation, and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of August, 1988.
