b. r-, RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED BETWEEN SUMMIT AVENUE AND REBER
0 171 E-+ AVENUE, EAST OF FLETCHER AVENUE.

WHEREAS, Robert D. Mason and Max Guernsey
have
aproposed
lathatr
the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve
property zoned "S-1" Shopping Center District generally located
between Summit Avenue and Reber Avenue, east of Fletcher Avenue,
and legally described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the south line of Summit
Avenue and the west line of the north-south alley next west
of Euclid Avenue; thence south 175 feet along the west line
of said alley; thence west 205 feet along a line 175 feet
south of Summit Avenue; thence north to the south line of
Summit Avenue; thence east 205 feet to the point of
beginning, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on August 15 , 1988 , at
7: 00 p.m. at City Hall Council Chambers, Waterloo, Iowa, as
provided by law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on
the proposal to approve said above mentioned site plan, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said site
plan should be approved as proposed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO,
