H H COX RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF SPECIFICATIONS, FORM

OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC. , FOR FY 1989 STORM
n `. SEWER IMPROVEMENTS AND REPAIRS, CONTRACT NO. 354 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
, proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the FY 1989
Storm Sewer Improvements and Repairs, in the City of Waterloo,
c'Iowa, known as Contract No. 354 , and

WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the FY 1989 Storm
Sewer Improvements and Repairs, known as Contract No. 354 , which
were preliminarily approved on August 15 , 1988 , and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on September
6 , 1988 , and no objections were made,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, proposed form
of contract and bond, etc. , for the FY 1989 Storm Sewer
Improvements and Repairs , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as
Contract No. 354 , be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September, 1988 .
