s we THE STATE HIGHWAY RIGHT-OF-WAY WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
`" E-' TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
APPLICATION BY MAYOR.
"1 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application to Perform Work Within the State Highway
Right-of-Way to connect an 8 inch reinforced concrete pipe into an
intake on U.S. Highway 218 for improvement of drainage on Dundee
E-Avenue near the new Burger King Restaurant dated September 6 ,
1988 , by and between the Iowa Department of Transportation and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September, 1988 .
