hi STRUCTURE LOCATED AT 1127 ANSBOROUGH AVENUE AND

o „- - AUTHORIZING THE PLANNING, PROGRAMMING AND ZONING STAFF

TO EXECUTE AND DELIVER BILL OF SALE FOR SAME.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on July 25 , 1988 , at 7: 00
p.m. in the Council Chambers in City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, as
provided by law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa to
accept bids for structures and to sell and convey said structures
owned by the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to the successful bidders;
and
WHEREAS, no bid was received for the structure located at
1127 Ansborough Avenue; and
WHEREAS, an offer has been made to purchase the structure
located at 1127 Ansborough Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, as follows:
1, That the offer of Roger W. Dean to purchase the house
located at 1127 Ansborough Avenue for the sum of
Twenty-five and 00/100ths Dollars ( $25. 00) be and it is
hereby accepted for the house described below:
Lot 7, Block 24 of Hagerman Place, in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
2 . That the City of Waterloo, Iowa convey said structure by
Bill of Sale.
3 . That the Planning, Programming and Zoning staff is
authorized to deliver said Bill of Sale to said
purchaser upon receipt of the full sum of their offer.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September, 1988 .
