H H H RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FROM THE SEWER RENTAL FUND THE
`s s SUM OF TWENTY-FOUR THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-SIX
o DOLLARS AND FORTY-EIGHT CENTS ( $24 ,156 . 48 ) TO THE
- COMPREHENSIVE SEWER PLAN FUND.

T BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that a transfer be made for the amount of $24 , 156 . 48 from
the Sewer Rental Fund to the Comprehensive Sewer Plan Fund to
close the fund per instruction of the local Auditors, as final
' payment has been received from the Department of Natural Resources
on Construction Grant Project #C190769-01 , with said amount of
$24, 156 . 48 as the City' s share of the Project cost.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk/Auditor be
instructed to certify a copy of this resolution to the City
Treasurer of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in order that said
transfer be made.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September, 1988 .
