'-' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 10th day of October, 1988, for the
purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate, sell
and convey a portion of an alley located between Maryland and
Mitchell Avenues owned by the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to
Marty and Patricia Dickey, and legally described as follows:
The westerly two ( 2 ) feet of the alley adjoining Lot 139 ,
Prospect Place, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, subject to
a permanent easement over, under and above the above
described parcel,
for $12. 00, plus costs.
Section 2 . That the Deputy City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of September, 1988 .
