0 H s RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A CERTAIN DEED FROM M. SIDNEY
s LEDERMAN AND BERNICE L. RASMUSSEN FOR PROPERTY IN NORTH
gFc ADDITION, CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.

• WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, Community Development
Board has had the parcel described herein appraised and the fair
market value ascertained, and
WHEREAS, the acquisition of the hereinafter described parcel
was necessary to carry out the Community Development Block Grant
Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Mayor and Deputy City Clerk are
authorized to execute the deed and all instruments necessary to
consummate the agreement to purchase the property from the owners
thereof, and the deed for the conveyance of the same is also
accepted and approved and the City of Waterloo, Community
Development Board is directed to pay for the property and the
incidental expenses necessary to the consummation of the sale from
Community Development funds.
The subject parcel is:
Parcel No. 1407 - Total Acquisition
M. Sidney Lederman and Bernice L. Rasmussen, Owners
Lots 15 and 16 in Block 5 in North Addition, City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
for $21 , 500 . 00 .
