RESOLUTION FIXING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING AND NOTICE
TO BE GIVEN ON AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE NO. 2479 , AS
AMENDED, AS OCTOBER 10, 1988, AT 7 : 00 P.M. IN THE
COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING DEPUTY CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo shall meet in
the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. , on the amendments to Ordinance No. 2479 , as
amended, relating to Rubble Disposal Sites regarding the
definition of rubble and of a rubble disposal site and amending
the Special Permit Section of the Zoning Ordinance pertaining to
Rubble Disposal Sites.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Deputy City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of September, 1988 .
