I. WHEREAS, Harbaugh-Winninger Realtors has proposed that the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a minor site plan
amendment for addition to office space with an area 14 ' x 25 ' for
property located at 3110 Kimball Avenue, and legally described as
follows :

Lot 47 and all of Lot 48 , except the south 10 feet in
Southgate Second Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
and,
WHEREAS, a public hearing was waived by the City Council due
to the insignificance of the nature of said mentioned minor site
plan amendment; and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said minor
site plan amendment should be approved as proposed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the minor site plan amendment for
Harbaugh-Winninger Realtors for an addition to office space with
an area 14 ' x 25 ' for property located at 3110 Kimball Avenue, be
and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of October, 1988 , and
approved by the Mayor this 5th day of October, 1988 .
