H H f; COOLING SUPPLY COMPANY ON BROADWAY STREET NEAR THE
E-i E-+ n H FRANKLIN-MULBERRY CROSSOVER, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
c 3 BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
`� WHEREAS, Heating and Cooling Supply Company has requested the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a curb cut on Broadway Street near
the Franklin-Mulberry crossover; and
WHEREAS, access rights along Highway No. 57 are owned by the
Iowa Department of Transportation; and
WHEREAS, said jurisdiction will transfer to the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, within the next one to two years; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed and approved the curb
cut location.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that Heating and Cooling Supply Company be and the
same hereby authorized to construct a curb cut on Broadway Street
near the Franklin-Mulberry Crossover for access to the Heating and
Cooling Supply Company, pursuant to the proposed site plan, at
such time as jurisdiction of Highway No. 57 is transferred to the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that at no time will the City permit a
median cut at this location.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of October, 1988 .
