RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MINOR SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF FLETCHER
AVENUE AND REBER AVENUE FOR AN ADDITION TO EXISTING
BUILDING, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
WHEREAS, the Jefferson House has proposed that the Council of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a minor site plan amendment to
add a 48 square foot wind block to the front entrance of existing
building for property located on the northwest corner of Fletcher
Avenue and Reber Avenue, and legally described as follows:
The North 110 feet of the South 140 feet and the West 145
feet of the East 175 feet of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 and
easement in Section 27 , Township 89 North, Range 13 West, of
the 5th Principal Meridian, in Unplatted Waterloo West, City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was waived by the City Council due
to the insignificance of the nature of said above mentioned minor
site plan amendment, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said minor
site plan amendment should be approved as proposed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the minor site plan amendment to add
a 48 square foot wind block to the front entrance of existing
building for property located on the northwest corner of Fletcher
Avenue and Reber Avenue, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of October, 1988 , and
approved by the Mayor this 5th day of October, 1988 .
