RESOLUTION APPROVING UTILITY AGREEMENT (UTILITY
-- '7! RELOCATION) WITH WESTMARC CABLE GROUP, INC. AND
r - DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Utility Agreement (Utility Relocation) dated October 3 ,
1988 , in conjunction with Ansborough Avenue North (University to
Upton) , IX-6615 (7 ) --79-07 , by and between Westmarc Cable Group,
Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of October, 1988 .
