THE STATE HIGHWAY RIGHT-OF-WAY WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT
• I:" BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application to Perform Work Within the State Highway
Right-of-Way dated October 3 , 1988 , to construct a storm water
- outlet in the right-of-way of U. S. Highway 63 adjacent to the
.' Heartland Inn/Country Kitchen on Marnie Avenue, by and between
the Iowa Department of Transportation, and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of October, 1988 .
