BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract for Consultant Engineering Services Agreement
dated October 10 , 1988 , for Sixth Street East, IX-6604 ( 1) --79-07 ,
: by and between Brice, Petrides-Donohue of Waterloo, Iowa, and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
; the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
- Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of October, 1988 .
