RESOLUTION NO. 2011-686
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH STANLEY CONSULTANTS, INC. OF
DES MOINES, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated July 18, 2011, at
a cost not to exceed $982,990.00, for design and inspection
related services for new Storm Water Lift Stations at Westfield
Avenue, Virden Creek, and rehabilitation of Storm Water Lift
Station at Vinton/18th Street, by and between Stanley
Consultants, Inc. of Des Moines, Iowa and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of July, 2011.
