r AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract for Appraisal Services dated November 7 , 1988,
in conjunction with Sixth Street Extension, IX-6604 ( 2 ) --79-07 , by
and between Albert B. Little of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of November, 1988 .
