t RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT FOR SIGNAL CONTROL
o EQUIPMENT WITH BROWN TRAFFIC PRODUCTS AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
% that the Contract for Signal Control Equipment dated November 7 ,
7 1988 , in conjunction with intersection of U. S. 63 and Fletcher
ro Avenue, UST-63-6( 54) --4A-07 , by and between Brown Traffic Products
of Davenport, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount
of $4 , 320 . 00 , be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of November, 1988.
