w BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
rn that the Purchase Agreement dated November 7 , 1988 , for a portion
(!) of property owned by the National Dairy Cattle Congress in
"-; conjunction with the construction of Relocated U.S. 218 ,

IX-218-7 ( 59 ) --3P-07 , by and between National Dairy Cattle Congress
and the Iowa Department of Transportation, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of November, 1988 .
