o NO. R-87-MC-19-0207 , BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF
• V0 WATERLOO IOWA AND THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND
URBAN DEVELOPMENT, AMENDMENT NO. 1 .

WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa requested additional
✓ Rental Rehabilitation Funds from the Department of Housing and
Urban Development for funding under Section 17 of the United
States Housing Act of 1937 , and

WHEREAS, said request has been approved by the Department of
Housing and Urban Development, in the amount of $50,000 . 00 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute the Rental Rehabilitation Program Contract No.
R-87-MC-19-0207 , Amendment No. 1 in the amount of $50 ,000 . 00 in
three counterparts on behalf of the City of Waterloo, and to
forward said counterparts to the Department of Housing and Urban
Development.
