Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 28th day of November, 1988 , for the
purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal to sell and
convey 425 West Donald Street owned by the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
to Prairie Park Apartment Association, and legally described as
follows:
t The West 75 feet of the South 143 feet of the North 150 feet
O t of Lot A, Allen Heights Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk
• County, Iowa.
Containing approximately 10 ,725 square feet (excluding
_, right-of-way retained by the City of Waterloo, Iowa) , and
caC subject to a temporary easement, legally described as

c ; The South 10 feet of the North 17 feet of the West 75 feet of
the North 150 feet of Lot A, Allen Heights Addition,
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
Containing approximately 750 square feet;
for $7 , 000. 00 , plus costs .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of November, 1988 .
