RESOLUTION NO. 2011-688
RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION TO BERGEN
PLUMBING, INC. TO PAVE THE PARKING AREA
GENERALLY LOCATED AT 838 COMMERCIAL STREET
FOR BEAUTIFICATION PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made written application to
the City Council asking that Bergen Plumbing, Inc. be authorized
and permitted to pave the parking area generally located at 838
Commercial Street for beautification purposes, and
WHEREAS, it is the sense of the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that permission is hereby granted to Bergen
Plumbing, Inc. to pave the parking area generally located at 838
Commercial Street for beautification purposes.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of July, 2011.
