RESOLUTION NO. 2011-691
RESOLUTION APPROVING AIRPORT USE AGREEMENT
WITH KIWANIS CLUB OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
WATERLOO AIRPORT BOARD CHAIRPERSON AND
SECRETARY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Airport Use Agreement dated July 18, 2011, to use a
significant portion of the Airport grounds and facilities to
conduct an air show for public benefit on August 27-28, 2011, by
and between Kiwanis Club of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Waterloo Airport Board Chairperson and Secretary authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of July, 2011.
