RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF CONTRACT TO REILLY CONSTRUCTION CO., INC.
OF OSSIAN, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y.
2011 HIGHWAY 63 SOUTH MANHOLE REHABILITATION,
CONTRACT NO. 809, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$99,675.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the contract with Reilly Construction Co., Inc. of
Ossian, Iowa, in the amount of $99,675.00, in conjunction with
the F.Y. 2011 Highway 63 South Manhole Rehabilitation, Contract
No. 809, described in the plans and specifications heretofore
adopted by this Council for said project with Resolution No.
2011-595 after public hearing on June 27, 2011 on published
notice required by law, be and is hereby awarded, the same being
the apparent lowest bid for said project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of July, 2011.
