RESOLUTION NO. 2011-693
RESOLUTION APPROVING HOUSING ENTERPRISE ZONE
PROGRAM AGREEMENT WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Housing Enterprise Zone Program Agreement dated July 18,
2011, for Enterprise Zone Waterloo EZ -8 in conjunction with the
construction of 5 homes located within the 200 block of East 8th
Street within the Enterprise Zone, by and between Iowa Department
of Economic Development, Black Hawk Contracting & Development,
Inc. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of July, 2011.
