RESOLUTION NO. 2011-694 RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCE TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE IN SECTION 2.3(1) FINAL PLAT SUBMITTAL, SECTION 5.1(2) PRELIMINARY PLAT REQUIREMENTS AND SECTION 5.2(3) FINAL PLAT REQUIREMENTS, FOR PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT OF A MINOR PLAT OF 1.5 ACRES OF ONE LOT ZONED "R -R" RURAL RESIDENCE DISTRICT LOCATED EAST OF 3655 RANCHERO ROAD. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the variance to the requirements of the Subdivision Ordinance in Section 2.3(1) Final Plat Submittal, Section 5.1(2) Preliminary Plat Requirements and Section 5.2(3) Final Plat Requirements, for Preliminary and Final Plat of a Minor plat of 1.5 acres of one lot zoned "R -R" Rural Residence District located east of 3655 Ranchero Road, for the purpose of creating one new buildable lot, be and the same is hereby approved.
