RESOLUTION NO. 2011-695
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY AND
FINAL PLATS AND NECESSARY DOCUMENTS OF A
MINOR PLAT OF 1.5 ACRES OF ONE LOT ZONED
"R -R" RURAL RESIDENCE DISTRICT LOCATED EAST
OF 3655 RANCHERO ROAD IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
WHEREAS, on this 18th day of July, 2011, at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the
Preliminary and Final Plats of a Minor plat of 1.5 acres of one
lot zoned "R -R" Rural Residence District located east of 3655
Ranchero Road, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, was presented
for approval, and
WHEREAS, said Preliminary and Final Plats have been
previously submitted to and have been approved by the Waterloo
City Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission, and
WHEREAS, said Preliminary and Final Plats have been
considered and should receive approval of this Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Preliminary and Final Plats of a
Minor plat of 1.5 acres of one lot zoned "R -R" Rural Residence
District located east of 3655 Ranchero Road, Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, be and they are hereby approved and the Mayor and
City Clerk of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby authorized
and directed to certify and affix their signatures to said
resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of July, 2011.
