RESOLUTION NO. 2011-697
RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF CONTRACT TO PRAIRIE CONSTRUCTION CO., INC.
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
2011 PUBLIC MARKET WINDOW REPLACEMENT AND NEW
VESTIBULES, IN THE AMOUNT OF $78,900.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the contract with Prairie Construction Co., Inc. of
Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $78,900.00, in conjunction with
the 2011 Public Market Window Replacement and New Vestibules,
described in the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by
this Council for said project with Resolution No. 2011-650 after
public hearing on July 11, 2011 on published notice required by
law, be and is hereby awarded, the same being the apparent lowest
bid for said project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of July, 2011.
