RESOLUTION NO. 2011-698
RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF CONTRACT TO FAILOR HURLEY CONSTRUCTION,
INC. OF HUDSON, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
2011 PUBLIC MARKET INTERIOR DEVELOPMENT, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $212,000.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the contract with Failor Hurley Construction, Inc. of
Hudson, Iowa, in the amount of $212,000.00, in conjunction with
the 2011 Public Market Interior Development, described in the
plans and specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for
said project with Resolution No. 2011-646 after public hearing on
July 11, 2011 on published notice required by law, be and is
hereby awarded, the same being the apparent lowest bid for said
project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of July, 2011.
